Nodalview expands French footprint with Cocoon-Immo acquisition

post-title

Nodalview, a leading proptech scale-up, has acquired Cocoon-Immo, a French specialist in centralized social media and Google Business Profile visibility management for real estate agencies.

De Tijd reports this.

This marks Nodalview’s third strategic acquisition in France, following its September 2025 takeover of ProperShot and earlier integration of Flaash.

The move aligns with CEO Thomas Lepelaars’ vision to consolidate the fragmented European proptech market and build a one-stop-shop platform for real estate professionals.

Cocoon-Immo, which serves over 1,500 real estate offices, will operate autonomously under its own brand while integrating its capabilities into Nodalview’s AI-driven platform. The combined group now employs nearly 70 people and supports over 7,000 real estate clients across offices in Brussels, Paris, and London. Nodalview’s platform enables agents to create and distribute professional photos, 360° virtual tours, videos, 2D floor plans, and virtual home staging – all powered by AI.
