Each year, the M&A Awards celebrate exceptional transactions and the deal teams behind them, recognizing excellence, leadership, and impact in M&A. During the 9th edition of the M&A Awards Belgium, awards will be presented in the following six categories:
- Best Large Cap (>250 mil) Corporate Deal
- Best Mid Cap (25 - 250 mil) Corporate Deal
- Best Large Cap (>250 mil) Private Equity Exit
- Best Mid Cap (25 - 250 mil) Private Equity Exit
- Best Venture Capital Deal – Technology
- Best Venture Capital Deal – Life Sciences
Nominations are open from 1 May to 25 September.
We invite the M&A community to nominate and endorse deals that meet our criteria. Early submissions help ensure your deal receives full consideration. You can submit several deals in several categories.
By submitting your deal through this page, you secure a place on the official longlist, alongside other leading transactions in the market.
- 12 October: Panel of Judges selects the shortlist
- 26 October: Panel of Judges decides on the winners
- 26 November: M&A Awards presentation, gala dinner and celebrations
