Belgian diversified investment company WorxInvest reported a net result of 825 million euros million for 2025, fueled by a record 322.8 million euros in new investments and a one-time 189.5 million euros boost from the successful launch of HR Pay Solutions.

The company’s three core segments – Long-Term Capital, Private Equity, and Real Assets – saw significant expansion, with key moves including a 25 percent stake in Anchor Investments (alongside Gimv), new participations in global tech leader Cegeka, and capital injections into Infravest’s infrastructure and real estate arms.

Portfolio companies contributed an additional 899.6 million euros in investments, underscoring WorxInvest’s aggressive deployment of capital despite macroeconomic challenges.

A standout transaction was the capital increase in Gimv, reinforcing WorxInvest’s private equity footprint, while the WorxInvest Horizon I fund-of-funds exceeded its target close.

In Long-Term Capital, the focus on AI-driven human capital management – through flagship holding SD Worx – positioned the group to capitalize on the growing intersection of AI and workforce solutions. Meanwhile, Infravest shifted its strategy toward higher-yielding corporate infrastructure, diversifying beyond traditional project-based assets. "2025 was a year of milestones", said Filip Dierckx, Executive Chairman, citing the first Anchor Investment deal, Gimv’s resilience in uncertain markets, and Infravest’s pivot to core+ infrastructure as proof of the group’s cycle-resistant strategy.

Amid geopolitical volatility – including energy transit risks in the Middle East – WorxInvest’s diversified approach mitigated exposure while uncovering new opportunities, particularly in energy infrastructure.

With strong liquidity and unused credit facilities, Dierckx emphasized readiness to back "the leading companies of tomorrow," combining AI-driven insights with human expertise to navigate digital transformation. "Diversification isn’t just protection; it’s a springboard for selective, high-impact investments", he noted, signaling continued momentum in tech, private equity, and essential assets.
