Vectis Private Equity is pleased to announce the appointment of Sébastien Rulmont as Investment Manager.
Rulmont joins Vectis from ING Corporate Finance, where he served as Vice-President M&A, advising on mergers and acquisitions and supporting family-owned businesses in strategic transactions.
In his new role, Rulmont will focus on evaluating investment opportunities, actively supporting Vectis’ portfolio companies, and driving sustainable growth alongside entrepreneurs.
With his sharp M&A expertise and passion for creating impact at the business level, he is a natural fit for Vectis’ hands-on, entrepreneurial culture.
