In his new role, Nils will lead a team of experienced professionals, including Silke Van Leeuwe and Stephanie Pellens, both of whom have been integral members of the Four & Five team.
Together, they will concentrate on corporate transactions within the tech sector, with a particular focus on private equity- and venture capital-backed businesses.
Nils brings over a decade of experience to Four & Five, with a distinguished track record of advising national and international clients on investment rounds, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. His expertise is especially robust in the fields of private equity and venture capital, making him a valuable addition to the firm’s growing practice.
