Eight Advisory expands in Benelux with new CFO practice and leadership appointment.

Eight Advisory, a prominent independent consulting firm known for its expertise in transactions, restructuring, and transformation, has announced the launch of its CFO practice in the Benelux region.

This new service will enhance its existing offerings, including transformation, private equity services, and restructuring.

To spearhead this initiative, Eight Advisory has appointed Andreas Gemis as the Director of CFO Advisory Services. Gemis brings a robust background in finance, with a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from Hasselt University and a distinguished career spanning both industry and consulting. His experience includes management reporting, budgeting, operational analysis, and financial process design gained at Melexis, a leading Belgian technology firm, and KPMG, where he specialized in accounting process redesign, inventory valuation, and financial planning.

In his new role, Gemis will provide strategic financial solutions to clients, including accounting integrations, management reporting enhancements, and process and organizational design. He will also focus on guiding CFOs through complex technology challenges to ensure clear business insights and sustainable results.

Commenting on his new position, Gemis states: “My goal is to deliver rapid and qualitative value to our clients, locally and internationally, through a dual focus on core CFO services and technology-driven solutions to foster informed decision-making.”
