Rsult Group has acquired Cadran Consultancy and Yuccaa, solidifying its position as the Benelux’s undisputed leader in the Oracle NetSuite partner ecosystem and accelerating its EMEA expansion.
Backed by Smile Sail’s financial and strategic support, the acquisitions mark a significant step in Rsult’s buy-and-build strategy, bringing the group’s talent pool to nearly 200 professionals and enhancing its capabilities in ERP, data, and AI-driven transformation.
Cadran Consultancy, along with its subsidiaries Cadran Analytics and Rownit, contributes over 25 years of ERP expertise, particularly in Oracle NetSuite and JD Edwards, with a strong focus on manufacturing, wholesale, and commodity-driven industries.
Yuccaa, known for its business-driven consulting in technology, software, and ecommerce, complements Rsult’s offerings by aligning strategy, processes, and technology for digital-first organizations. Together, the combined entity creates a powerhouse for end-to-end transformation programs.
The integration will see Cadran’s brands operate independently for the remainder of 2026, ensuring seamless continuity for clients and employees, while Yuccaa’s team will fully merge into Rsult.
