PK Consumer Health, a joint venture between Yvan Vindevogel’s Damier Group and U.S. private equity firm Avista Healthcare Partners, has acquired Healthaid Ltd (UK) and Healthaid USA, marking a strategic expansion into the vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) market.
The deal aligns with PK’s ambitious growth plans, leveraging Healthaid’s strong reputation as a global supplier to pharmacies across dozens of countries.
This acquisition underscores the partnership’s bold ambitions, coming just months after PK’s formation in late 2025.
Avista Healthcare Partners, a major player with 10 billion dollars invested in high-potential companies, brings significant financial firepower to the venture. Yvan Vindevogel aims to drive PK toward 100 million euros in EBITDA, signaling a rapid scaling strategy in the booming VMS sector.
Healthaid, a well-established name in the VMS industry, strengthens PK’s position as a transatlantic leader in health and wellness products. The acquisition reflects PK’s commitment to consolidating fragmented markets while capitalizing on growing demand for pharmacy-grade supplements worldwide.
