The Dutch MSP platform Your.Cloud has completed its first acquisition in Belgium, taking over IPSys Solutions, a Belgian provider of telecom and IT services.
The deal marks Your.Cloud’s entry into the Belgian TICTS market, which focuses on managed service providers combining telecom, IT and cloud solutions.
Founded in Liège, IPSys Solutions employs more than 60 people and operates from offices in Liège and Brussels. The company delivers services ranging from IP telephony and connectivity to cybersecurity, networking, payment solutions and IT services, primarily for business customers.
As part of the transaction, IPSys joins a growing group of independently operating MSPs within Your.Cloud. The Belgian company will continue to operate under its own name and management, led by managing director Aïssa Harika, while gaining access to the group’s scale, shared expertise and strategic support.
According to IPSys, the partnership will accelerate its ambition to grow into a full-service provider with an integrated portfolio of managed telecom, security and IT services, at a time when digitalisation, AI and rising cyber threats are increasing customer demand.
For Your.Cloud, the acquisition represents a strategic milestone. The group sees Belgium as an important next step in its European expansion, following earlier growth in other markets. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
