XLG Group has acquired Luxembourg-based facility management company Propper.
The move strengthens XLG’s presence in the Grand Duchy and expands its service offerings.
Founded in 1985, Belgian family-owned XLG employs over 5,500 people in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Propper, with 300 technicians and 12 office staff, specializes in office cleaning, window washing, and green space maintenance, managing sites such as fire stations and Leclerc hypermarkets.
Propper’s operations have relocated to XLG’s Steinfort premises. XLG Luxembourg Regional Director David Gaeta described the acquisition as a strategic step to enhance services and drive sustainable growth.
