post-title

The acquisition of DTS is the third Dutch acquisition of Sticomax in a short period of time.

Sticomax, a West Flemish machine builder specialized in machines and production lines for the food industry, has announced that it is acquiring the Dutch company DutchTecSource (DTS).

DTS is known for its expertise in screw technology and thermal processes such as blanching, cooking and cooling, and has built a strong reputation in the processing of food products, including soy, corn, seafood and meat (substitutes). DTS is also the market leader in cutting systems for the mushroom processing industry.

With this acquisition, Sticomax increases its offering and market position, positioning them as one of the largest integrators in the food industry. After the acquisition, DTS will retain its own identity and operational autonomy, which ensures flexibility in services.

The acquisition of DTS is the third Dutch acquisition of Sticomax in a short period of time, after previous acquisitions such as Viwatec technology, which specializes in smoothing stainless steel.

As a result of this strategic expansion, Sticomax expects an annual turnover of more than 60 million euros and the workforce will grow to almost 200 employees. With these acquisitions, Sticomax is growing into a global player in the construction of production lines for the food industry.
