Visma acquires Antwerp-based FlowTribe to expand its portfolio

post-title

Norwegian software giant Visma has announced the acquisition of Antwerp-based FlowTribe.

FlowTribe is a start-up specializing in automating administrative processes for professionals such as accountants and lawyers. FlowTribe is the parent company of Accounton, AMLCare, Kamigo, and Lawren.io.

Founded in 2021 by Dominic and Dries Wijnen, FlowTribe focuses on transforming traditional industries by automating repetitive processes, including personal tax handling, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, and anti-money laundering compliance. The company currently employs 24 people and serves over 350 offices across Flanders.

This acquisition strengthens the collaboration between Accounton and AdminPulse, another Visma-owned company. According to Visma, this partnership will create a seamless platform that integrates AdminPulse’s CRM capabilities with Accounton’s accountancy workflows.

Despite the acquisition, both companies will continue to operate independently, with Dominic and Dries Wijnen staying at the helm of FlowTribe. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
