Ventory raises 2.65 million euros to revolutionize field inventory management

post-title

Ventory, a platform bridging the gap between ERP systems and field operations, has secured 2.65 million euros in seed funding led by KBC Securities, with support from existing investors.

The company addresses a long-standing issue: once inventory leaves the warehouse, businesses often lose visibility, relying on spreadsheets or paper-based tracking. Ventory replaces these outdated methods with a seamless, integrated solution.

The funding follows a year of rapid growth, including 600 percent ARR increase, 10 new enterprise clients, and 500+ managed locations across 7 countries.

Ventory’s platform, already used by leaders in medical robotics, healthcare, and rail, integrates with major ERPs like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring real-time inventory accuracy.

The capital will fuel AI-driven product development, Western European expansion, and scaling of enterprise sales teams to meet demand from sectors like MedTech, energy, and logistics. “Ventory is defining a new category in enterprise software”, said CEO Vishal Punamiya.

KBC Securities’ Olivier Rits noted, “Ventory’s traction proves its ability to capture this overlooked yet critical market.” The platform ensures businesses maintain end-to-end control over field inventory, from surgical tools to train parts.
