Trixxo Jobs NV and A.M. Group NV have agreed to end their partnership, less than two years after Trixxo acquired the Belgian recruitment group in late 2024.
Despite extensive efforts, the collaboration failed to deliver the expected synergies, prompting both parties to amicably dissolve the tie-up.
Under the original deal, Trixxo Jobs took majority control of A.M. Group – which includes brands such as Absolute Jobs, Absolute You, and Maxicon – while a group of former shareholders and managers retained operational leadership and a minority stake through their joint holding company, Flandrien Capital NV.
After a year of collaboration, however, both parties concluded that the strategic alignment and operational integration did not meet their shared objectives. Following negotiations, Trixxo Jobs has now agreed to transfer its entire stake in A.M. Group back to Flandrien Capital, effectively exiting the partnership.
The transaction will have no impact on the day-to-day activities of either Trixxo Jobs or A.M. Group’s entities. Both companies will continue to operate independently, serving their respective clients and markets as before.
In a joint statement, the parties expressed their mutual respect and best wishes for future success, emphasizing the professionalism that characterized their cooperation.
