TMC acquires Belgian software specialist Sioux Technologies NV

post-title

High-tech consultancy firm TMC has acquired Sioux Technologies NV, the Belgian subsidiary of high-tech solutions provider Sioux Technologies, headquartered in Eindhoven.

The acquisition strengthens TMC’s software capabilities and further expands its footprint in the Belgian market.

Based in Herentals, Sioux Technologies NV employs 33 specialists focused on high-end software development for complex technological applications.

Over the past 25 years, the company has built a strong reputation and supports clients in addressing advanced software challenges across sectors such as industry, aerospace and media.

Integration phase ahead
Over the coming year, Sioux Belgium will be integrated into TMC Belgium. Throughout this transition period, the full team will remain in place while both organisations intensify their collaboration. According to TMC, customers on both sides are expected to benefit from the combined expertise and broader service offering.

Strong strategic fit
Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO of TMC Group, describes Sioux Belgium as a strong cultural and strategic match. He highlights the value of the company’s specialised software knowledge and notes that Dutch-speaking experts in this field are scarce, making the team a significant asset for TMC and its regional clients.

Filip Eykens, Managing Director of Sioux Belgium, sees the acquisition as an opportunity to accelerate growth and attract new talent, while continuing to serve existing customers with the same focus and quality.

Part of accelerated acquisition strategy
The deal aligns with TMC’s accelerated acquisition strategy. Since 2025, the company has stepped up its M&A activity, supported by a renewed shareholder structure that includes Apheon and MML Capital. Alongside organic growth, TMC aims to complete four to six acquisitions per year and has already executed several strategic deals across the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
