One of the targets includes the Belgian CTC Moyson Airport Equipment.
The Amsterdam private equity company CVC DIF bundles three companies that provide logistics services at airports. The three companies have been purchased by CVC DIF since the summer.
The deal concerns S-P-S International (Netherlands) and CTC Moyson Airport Equipment (Belgium), which are part of HiSERV (Germany). That way, there is one European company that should lead the way in leasing ground equipment for aviation.
Parent company CVC DIF is the continuation of the Dutch investor DIF Capital Partners, which was merged into the international private equity company CVC Capital Partners last summer.
S-P-S International is a specialist in non-motorized equipment with a fleet in the Benelux and Europe. CVC DIF has acquired the company from private equity company Strikwerda Investments.
CTC Moyson Airport Equipment is a specialist in motorized ground equipment serving the Belgian and Western European markets. Until recently, this company was owned by the Moyson family.
The two companies will become part of the HiSERV platform, which was acquired by CVC DIF last summer. The trio is one of the largest suppliers of ground equipment for airports in Europe.
Financial details of all these deals have not been disclosed.
