The Brussels tech company TheGreenShot is acquiring its American sector colleague Earth Angel.

TheGreenShot is a software company that offers film and television productions a system to connect their finance, operations and carbon footprints to make better data-driven decisions. This 'greentech' solution already has around 20,000 users.
The Brussels company has approximately 30 employees in Belgium, France and Canada. This is partly the result of last year's takeover of French sector peer Ooviiz. According to a press release, the American Earth Angel has now been added. It is half the size of TheGreenShot in terms of employees.
Earth Angel has supervised more than 180 productions, including the recent Apple production 'Killers of the Flower Moon' by top filmmaker Martin Scorsese. The acquisition gives TheGreenShot access to major production houses, including Apple, Amazon Studios and A24.
