Telecom provider Youfone will change its name to Yoin in Belgium on April 15.
The originally Dutch company reports this in a press release.
The Dutch Youfone came to Belgium in 2021. However, last year another Dutch operator, KPN, took over the company and the Belgian activities were excluded from the takeover. The company will continue in Belgium, but from now on under a new name.
In addition to mobile phone subscriptions, Yoin also offers fixed internet connections in Belgium. Yoin does not have its own network, but entered into an agreement about the use of Proximus' network. “Our approach remains the same, but we want to innovate in a number of areas”, says Yoin CEO Valentijn Rensing. The operator promises to approach customers 'honestly and friendly' and promises transparent rates.
