Sweden’s Aceve continues Benelux expansion with acquisitions of Syntess Group and KPD

Swedish SaaS provider Aceve is accelerating its buy-and-build strategy in the Benelux construction and installation software market with the acquisitions of Syntess Group in the Netherlands and KPD in Belgium. The deals mark Aceve’s second Dutch transaction—following its purchase of Brink Software last summer—and its first step into the Belgian market. Aceve was advised by White & Case and Axeco.

Syntess Group was acquired from investor Nedvest, while KPD was purchased from Green Park Investment Partners. No financial details were disclosed.

Aceve, owned since 2024 by EQT and Adelis Capital Partners, has been consolidating software providers serving installation, construction and technical service companies across the region.

Syntess Group, based in Zierikzee, has been active for 30 years in ERP and field-service software for Dutch installation companies. KPD, with a 40-year history, is a well-established software provider to the Belgian construction sector.

Together with Brink Softwarenow operating as Aceve Netherlandsthe three businesses generate more than 50 million euros in combined annual revenue.
