Studibo from Ghent has acquired DuurzaamheidsCertificering, a Dutch advisory firm specialised in BREEAM In-Use certification.
The deal forms part of a broader growth push in which Studibo is adding nine new labels across Belgium and the Netherlands to strengthen its position as a multidisciplinary group of engineering and advisory firms focused on sustainable buildings and healthy living environments.
The acquisition enhances Studibo’s sustainability services by complementing Lois by Studibo, which focuses on BREEAM New Construction, with in-house BREEAM In-Use expertise.
Aeternus advised the shareholders of DuurzaamheidsCertificering throughout the transaction. The M&A team consisted of Tom Soentjens, Bart Jagers, Tim Rubenkamp and Maartje Korten.
