Straco Private Equity has completed the sale of Agaris Horti to Evergreen Garden Care, the companies announced.
Agaris Horti is a leading player in the horticultural industry, specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality substrates, soil improvers and soil covers for both retail and professional customers. Following the transaction, the business will join Evergreen Garden Care as part of the group’s strategy to strengthen its footprint across Europe.
The acquisition is expected to support Evergreen Garden Care’s ambition to further enhance its position in the horticultural market and to build one of the largest garden care and horticulture platforms in Europe.
For Agaris Horti, the deal represents a significant milestone, providing a platform for continued growth, expanded capabilities and a reinforced long-term commitment to customers and stakeholders.
Straco Private Equity will remain invested in Evergreen Garden Care and, alongside Exponent, will continue to support the group’s development and strategic ambitions in the years ahead.
