This milestone marks the firm's fifth fund and brings its total investment commitments to over 600 million euros.
Smartfin Capital, a leading European growth equity investor specializing in B2B technology companies, has successfully closed its third growth fund, Smartfin Capital III, at 250 million euros.
For the first time, the European Investment Fund (EIF) participated in a Smartfin fund through its ESCALAR program, aimed at addressing financing gaps for high-growth European companies. This endorsement highlights Smartfin's role in fostering innovation and supporting transformative B2B technology scale-ups across Europe.
The fund will target growth-stage B2B technology companies, with initial investments already made in CrazyGames, a browser-based gaming platform, and Emma, a multi-cloud management platform.
