SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, today announced the acquisition of HR Service Srl, a specialist in payroll and labor advisory services.
This transaction reinforces SD Worx’s position in Italy and underscores its ambition to expand in key European markets. HR Service, headquartered in Turin with a second office in Ravenna, has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, compliant HR services.
The company employs 27 specialized professionals and processes approximately 15,000 payslips monthly, serving around 350 mid-sized businesses across sectors such as research, healthcare, transport, and environmental hygiene.
In 2025, HR Service achieved a turnover of 2.2 million euros. The founders will remain actively involved to ensure a smooth integration and continuity for clients.
