SD Worx, Europe’s leading HR and payroll solutions provider, has acquired Paie & RH Solutions, a fast-growing French payroll outsourcing specialist and early adopter of Yeap, France’s most advanced cloud-native payroll technology.
The deal strengthens SD Worx’s presence in France’s SME and midmarket segments while advancing its long-term strategy to deliver modern, scalable payroll and HR solutions across Europe.
Paie & RH Solutions, founded over 20 years ago in Pau (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), has established itself as a trusted payroll partner for French SMEs and lower midmarket companies.
With offices in Anglet, Bordeaux, Mont-de-Marsan, and Pau, and recent expansion into Spain, the company serves 1,100 clients and processes 45,000 payslips annually, achieving 9 million euros in revenue in 2025. The founders of the business will remain with the company. The acquisition adds 130 new employees to SD Worx’s team.
A key highlight of the deal is Paie & RH Solutions’ end-to-end SaaS and payroll outsourcing services, powered by Yeap, a cutting-edge cloud-native payroll platform.
Over the past two years, the company successfully migrated its entire client base to Yeap, positioning itself as a minority shareholder and co-developer of the technology. Through this transaction, SD Worx also becomes a shareholder in Yeap, further enhancing its technological capabilities.

The acquisition price was not disclosed. SD Worx, a trusted European leader in HR and payroll solutions, serves 95,000 organizations across Europe, with 10,000 employees in 27 countries. In 2024, the company reported revenues of 1.18 billion euros.
