Flemish accounting and advisory group SBB has taken a significant strategic step forward by acquiring KDCA, a respected firm based in Heist-op-den-Berg.
This move expands SBB Accountants & Advisors’ network to 30 offices across Flanders, accelerating its growth trajectory toward 2030.
The integration of KDCA, known for its strong local presence, reinforces SBB’s position in a region with substantial growth potential.
KDCA brings a team of 12 experienced professionals, led by founders Karl De Coux and Veerle Witters, who will continue to lead the office.
This ensures continuity for both clients and employees. SBB, which previously grew organically, has shifted since 2024 to a selective acquisition strategy, driven by evolving market conditions, including increased regulation and a tight labor market, that demand greater scale and specialization.
