The Limburg SAP consultancy Qrcus joins the Expertum Group.
Since its founding in 2006, Expertum has grown to become one of the leading SAP consulting firms in the Benelux, with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and Croatia. Expertum is known for its wide range of highly experienced functional and technical SAP employees, and is recognized as a reliable SAP partner. In 2023, investor Sofindev took a stake in Expertum Group.
The acquisition of Qrcus benefits both parties. Itenables Qrcus to use its SAP knowledge and expertise more broadly within Expertum's projects. Expertum, in turn, benefits from an enrichment of its functional SAP expertise and, thanks to Qrcus, can offer its customers a broader range of services.
Qrcus is known for its strong focus on SAP Treasury services, which sets the company apart from other players. Through the collaboration, Expertum adds its knowledge of S/4HANA, Analytics and the SAP cloud platform BTP. Together the companies offer extensive and complementary SAP services in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
According to Janne Meijers, Managing Director of Qrcus, both companies share a similar corporate culture and customer-oriented approach. The collaboration with Expertum offers Qrcus consultants the opportunity to offer their services on a larger scale, which adds extra value for their customers.
Sjoerd van Middelkoop, CEO of Expertum Netherlands, sees this step as an important strategic progress for Expertum. The collaboration with Qrcus strengthens Expertum's services in the field of S/4HANA and opens up new possibilities for the customers of both companies.
With the connection of Qrcus, Expertum Group grows to approximately 100 employees in the Netherlands and a total of 225 employees spread across Europe, with offices in Belgium, Croatia and Slovenia, among others.
