Roses Are Blue unifies European operations under single brand

post-title

Belgian production house Roses Are Blue is accelerating its international expansion by consolidating its European activities under one brand.

The company has acquired all remaining shares of Fabiola Group and fully integrated its hubs in the Netherlands and Germany into the Roses Are Blue structure. The Dutch and German operations will now operate as Roses Are Blue Nederland and Roses Are Blue Duitsland, respectively.

This move strengthens Roses Are Blue’s position as a pan-European group focused on developing and producing original formats for global audiences. Mathias Coppens, Founding Managing Director of Roses Are Blue Belgium, emphasized that the expansion is a key step in achieving the company’s international ambitions, enabling faster, more cost-effective production through cross-border collaboration.

The German team, led by Oliver Fuchs and Ina Balint-Eck, highlighted the importance of scale and independence in a rapidly evolving industry, while Pieter van Eekelen of Roses Are Blue Nederland described the integration as a natural progression of a long-standing, trust-based partnership.

Roses Are Blue, part of the Caviar Group, has built a strong reputation with award-winning formats like Down The Road and Restaurant Misverstand, the latter earning an International Emmy. The company’s growth aligns with Caviar’s recent management buyback, supported by investors Jürgen Ingels and Togetherfund, reinforcing its commitment to high-quality content, talent development, and global storytelling. Caviar CEO Bert Hamelinck stated that the new structure will further strategic growth and creative innovation, solidifying the group’s role as a leader in international production.
