Qover secures 12 million dollars to fuel AI-driven insurance innovation

post-title

Qover, Europe’s leading embedded insurance orchestration platform, marks its 10th anniversary with a 12 million dollars growth capital injection from CIBC Innovation Banking, pushing its total funding past 100 million dollars.

This milestone underscores investor confidence in Qover’s AI-powered vision to transform insurance infrastructure over the next decade.

Since its founding in 2016 by Quentin Colmant and Jean-Charles Velge, Qover has redefined insurance accessibility, partnering with global brands like Revolut, Mastercard, and BMW to deliver seamless coverage across 32 countries.

The funding arrives as the embedded insurance market surges, with Fortune Business Insights projecting global growth from 176 billion dollars in 2026 to 1.46 trillion dollars by 2034.

Qover’s platform already protects 15 million users, with plans to reach 55 million by year-end. The company’s 3x revenue growth over four years – backed by 173 million dollars in gross written premiums – highlights soaring demand for scalable, AI-driven insurance solutions that navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Qover’s mission remains unchanged: to weave insurance into daily life so effortlessly that protection becomes universal. By enabling brands to embed insurance natively into their offerings, Qover is restoring insurance’s original purpose – empowering people to live without fear of the unexpected. The new capital will accelerate investment in its orchestration platform, AI tools, and operational infrastructure, ensuring precision at scale as it targets 100 million users by 2030.

"We believed insurance could be simpler and borderless", said CEO Quentin Colmant. "A decade later, AI is turning that belief into reality, allowing us to build a global safety net."

Caroline Hanotiau, General Counsel, added that AI will set new standards for compliance and expansion, ensuring Qover grows responsibly while meeting its ambitious vision. The next chapter promises to redefine insurance as an invisible yet essential layer of modern life.
