Belgian telecom group Proximus has reached a binding agreement to sell its 92.7 percentstake in mobility tech company Be-Mobile to Arrive, a global provider of parking and mobility solutions.
The deal, based on an enterprise value of 170 million euros, is pending regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
The sale marks a major milestone in Proximus’ asset divestment program, allowing the company to meet its 500 million euros target two years ahead of schedule. As a result, Proximus is raising its total asset sale ambition to 600 million euros for the 2023–2027 period.
Be-Mobile, acquired by Proximus in 2016, has become a market leader in the Benelux for subscription-based driving assistance apps, mobility payment platforms, and traffic data services. Its best-known platforms, 4411 and Flitsmeister, serve over 4 million parking sessions per month and have around 3 million active users respectively.
Arrive, part of the EasyPark Group, operates in more than 90 countries and 20,000 cities worldwide. The acquisition will expand its parking service portfolio and reinforce its presence in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The agreement is subject to approval by the Belgian Interfederal Screening Commission.
