Professional Media Group acquires Belgian medical trade magazines from Roularta

post-title

Roularta Media Group (RMG) has reached an agreement with Professional Media Group (PMG) for the acquisition of the trade magazines Artsenkrant, De Apotheker, and AK Hospitals.

As a market leader in the News & Business and Women & Lifestyle magazine segments, RMG saw limited growth opportunities for these specialized sectoral publications within its portfolio. PMG, a prominent Belgian trade magazine publisher with over 43 years of experience and 33 titles across nine sectors, will take over the publications.

PMG specializes in delivering high-quality, reliable professional information tailored to well-defined industry audiences. Over the past decades, PMG has evolved from a traditional print publisher into a multimedia media group. With this acquisition, Artsenkrant, De Apotheker, and AK Hospitals have found a suitable new publishing home.
