Prime Care Clinics, a portfolio company of Vendis Capital, has acquired LOOY Clinics, further strengthening its position in the fast-growing cosmetic treatments market and expanding its network with a leading clinic in the eastern Netherlands.
Based in Deventer, LOOY Clinics offers high-quality cosmetic treatments including injectables, skin rejuvenation, and minor surgical procedures such as eyelid corrections.
Founded by entrepreneurs Joy Waanders and Loes Reinders, the clinic is known for its personal approach, high medical standards, and strong client satisfaction. Becoming part of SOAP gives LOOY Clinics the opportunity to continue growing and reinforce its presence in the region.
Prime Care Clinics serves as a platform for cosmetic treatments and includes SOAP and Fairday Clinics. SOAP operates in ten cities across the Netherlands, offering a broad range of aesthetic services such as injectables, skin therapy, and minor surgical procedures.
Fairday Clinics, with eleven locations, focuses on high-quality injectables at affordable prices. Together, they form the Prime Care Clinics group, supported by Vendis Capital, with ambitions to become a leading European player through both acquisitions and new openings.
