HR service provider Planet Group has acquired Reflex Healthcare, an Ukkel-based interim agency specializing in the healthcare sector.
The acquisition, carried out through Planet Group’s subsidiary X-Care, marks the company’s fifth takeover in three years and expands its presence in the Brussels region.
Reflex Healthcare, with over 20 years of experience, manages a network of healthcare professionals and generates an annual revenue of approximately 10 million euros. The company holds the Federgon quality label, is ISO-certified, and was nominated for the Trends Gazellen 2024 awards.
CEO Benoit Remacle of Reflex Healthcare sees the deal as a major step forward: “After 15 years of fruitful collaboration with Vebego, Reflex Healthcare is now embarking on an exciting new journey under the Planet Group banner. This transition will undoubtedly bring significant progress in the healthcare sector.”
Expansion plans
Founded by entrepreneur Sam Baro, Planet Group operates offices in Ghent, Brussels, Knokke, and Mons. The acquisition strengthens its services in the healthcare sector and expands operations in Brussels and Wallonia. “With around 100 active interim professionals daily, Reflex Healthcare’s integration enhances our reach and expertise in the sector”, says Baro.
Planet Group has previously acquired companies such as Talent in Motion, ViaVera, Nurse & Co, and Solid. “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our multidisciplinary strategy. We are not only strengthening our core industries but also preparing for international expansion”, Baro concludes.
