Belgian HR-leader Partena Professional has announced the acquisition of HRlinkIT.
Following its 2023 acquisition of EASYPAY GROUP, the largest family-owned HR solutions group in Belgium, Partena Professional is accelerating its expansion.
While HRlinkIT will join Partena Professional’s ecosystem, it will continue to operate independently. “HRlinkIT’s digital solutions are a logical addition to our services. Together, we aim to drive the digital transformation of HR”, says Roeland Van Dessel, CEO of Partena Professional.
Advancing HR digitally
HRlinkIT, a market leader in HR technology consulting, integration, and digital transformation in the Benelux, is now under the umbrella of Partena Professional. The company specializes in designing and developing automated, integrated, and AI-powered technologies that streamline HR processes such as candidate recruitment and employee onboarding. Its proprietary Minggo platform focuses on speed, digital experience, and efficiency.

Over the past few years, HRlinkIT has experienced significant growth both domestically and internationally, serving more than 200 HR players. While becoming part of Partena Professional’s ecosystem, HRlinkIT will maintain its autonomy. Its current team will remain in place, with founder Wim Van Meerbeeck continuing as CEO.
