OneXillium and XsolveIT merge to strengthen digital security in the Benelux

post-title

The Dutch OneXillium and Belgian XsolveIT have officially merged, forming a single entity under the OneXillium brand.

This strategic union creates one of the Benelux’s leading providers of cybersecurity, enterprise information management (EIM), and managed print services (MPS), serving over 5,000 clients across the region.

The new group will operate as OneXillium Netherlands and OneXillium Belgium, united by the mission of enabling "safe digital work" for businesses. The merged entity will be led by a Board of Directors, with Jo Van Onsem serving as Chairman. All existing shareholders remain involved, reinforcing confidence in the shared vision and growth potential.

A clear mission: secure digital work for all
Jo Van Onsem, CEO of OneXillium, emphasized the group’s focus: “Our new organization has one clear goal: to help businesses work digitally – safely. As digital information grows exponentially, disjointed systems and processes create risks, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities. By combining our expertise in cybersecurity, EIM, and MPS, we make secure digital work accessible, scalable, and reliable for every organization.”

Local expertise, Benelux-wide strength
Frank Flebus, former CEO of XsolveIT, highlighted the balance between local presence and regional scale: “While we now operate as one Benelux group, our local teams in the Netherlands and Belgium remain intact. Proximity, local market knowledge, and personal relationships are key. At the same time, clients benefit from the scale, resources, and expertise of a larger organization – strengthening both our teams and our customers.”

Built for the future
The merger integrates XsolveIT’s prior acquisitions, including Smartify and Kantoorautomatisering Limburg, into a future-proof structure. For clients, this means a single strategic partner delivering consistent quality, standards, and vision across borders ensuring continuity, clarity, and peace of mind, no matter where their teams are based.
