Belgian IT services provider On IT has acquired XDnet, a well-established IT partner based in Diest.

The acquisition strengthens On IT’s local footprint in Flemish Brabant and supports its ambition to act as a nearby, trusted IT partner for organisations in the region.

XDnet brings an experienced team with strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions and network management.

Through the integration, On IT gains a physical presence in Flemish Brabant, enabling closer proximity to customers, faster local support and a broader service offering complemented by XDnet’s infrastructure and cloud know-how.

“Our ambition is to support organisations across Belgium with clear and reliable IT solutions, close to their day-to-day operations”, says Laurent Slits, CEO of On IT. “With XDnet, we reinforce our local roots in Flemish Brabant and expand our capacity with a team that shares our values and customer-focused vision.”

Founded in 1998, XDnet has built a strong reputation for its personal approach and long-term customer relationships. Founder David Commers will remain actively involved following the acquisition, ensuring continuity for clients. According to the company, customers can expect no changes in service, teams or personal engagement.

The deal fits within On IT’s broader strategy to combine local presence with scalable expertise in managed services, cloud, security and IT infrastructure, positioning the group as a reliable partner for organisations seeking both proximity and long-term technological support.
