Belgian IT services provider On IT has announced the acquisition of Colibri Consulting, a Leuven-based specialist in security, identity management and network solutions for complex IT environments.
With the transaction, On IT significantly strengthens its capabilities in securing, managing and optimising business-critical IT infrastructures where performance, continuity and security are essential.
The move reflects the growing demand among organisations for robust security architectures and identity management as the foundation of safe digital operations.
Colibri Consulting has built a strong reputation in security and network architectures for complex environments, identity and access management, and the protection of critical infrastructure against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
By integrating this expertise, On IT aims to offer end-to-end support to customers, from the design and protection of IT environments to their ongoing management.
