Neele-Vat Group has acquired Cool Solutions Belgium through its Mammoet Ferry Transport subsidiary, strengthening its cold chain logistics offering and expanding its reach in the UK and Irish markets.
Rotterdam-based logistics group Neele-Vat has acquired Cool Solutions Belgium, a specialist in international refrigerated transport. The acquisition was made via Mammoet Ferry Transport, a key subsidiary of Neele-Vat, and marks a strategic step in the group's expansion plans.
Cool Solutions Belgium, headquartered in Antwerp, will benefit from increased investment capacity and operational synergies. The partnership is set to enhance service offerings, particularly in ferry transport between mainland Europe, the UK, and Ireland.
“This alliance paves the way for further growth and enables us to offer even better and more extensive transport solutions,” the companies said in a joint statement.
