The merger between MS Amlin Insurance SE and MSIG Insurance Europe AG has officially been completed, creating the new entity MSIG Europe SE, headquartered in Brussels.
This move marks a major step in Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd.'s strategy to build a stronger and more unified presence in the European insurance market.
Operating through branches in eight countries – including France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK – MSIG Europe SE brings together over 1,200 professionals with deep expertise in business and industrial insurance.
