KKR led the round which is intended to boost AI innovation and global growth.
Lighthouse, a leading commercial intelligence platform for the travel and hospitality industry, has raised 370 million dollars in a Series C funding round led by global investment firm KKR.
The funds will support Lighthouse’s efforts to enhance its AI-powered platform, pursue strategic acquisitions, and expand its global presence, benefiting the 70,000 hospitality properties it currently serves.
Lighthouse’s platform processes over 400 terabytes of travel and market data daily, using AI to deliver real-time insights for revenue optimization and streamlined operations. With a strong reputation for innovation, the company employs 700 staff worldwide and boasts an industry-leading customer satisfaction score (NPS) of over 70.
“This investment accelerates our mission to make hospitality data more powerful and accessible”, sais CEO Sean Fitzpatrick. “We’re excited to build on our success and bring even greater value to the global hospitality market.”
KKR, known for investing 23 billion dollars in technology-focused growth companies since 2010, will leverage its expertise to support Lighthouse in expanding its market reach and capabilities. Existing investors, including Spectrum Equity and F-Prime Capital, also participated in the round.
This funding follows Lighthouse’s 80 million dollars Series B round in 2021 and underscores the company’s rapid growth as it continues to redefine commercial strategy in the 15 billion dollars travel and hospitality technology sector.
