KeBeK Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in House of Hospitality, Belgium’s leading full-service provider of crew and logistics solutions for the catering and events industry.
The deal aims to accelerate the company’s growth ambitions through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
Co-founders Rakki Amghar (CEO) and Wout Janssen (COO), along with the management team, are reinvesting significantly in the new structure, while Dovesco remains on board as a minority shareholder.
House of Hospitality, established in 2004 with the launch of Flying Service in Leuven, has grown into Belgium’s market leader in staffing and logistical support for the catering and events sectors.
Operating under a house-of-brands model, the company offers specialized services through brands like Kitchenstaff, Mira, SKWD, PSP-Services, Hels, and Blackfisk, covering crew recruitment, training, and deployment, as well as end-to-end logistics, event setup, and culinary consultancy.
With 10 offices across Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia, the group employs around 60 staff and manages a workforce of over 3,500 trained professionals.
The company’s success is built on a one-stop-shop approach, delivering tailored, high-quality, and efficient services to corporate clients, including blue-chip catering firms and major event organizers. Its commitment to regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer loyalty has driven consistent growth and a strong market position.
With KeBeK’s backing, House of Hospitality plans to expand its footprint into adjacent regions and diversify its service offerings, both organically and through acquisitions in Belgium and potentially neighboring countries. The partnership underscores the company’s ambition to solidify its leadership in the sector while exploring new opportunities for scaling its business.
