Jeco Energies is one of the leading parties in the Benelux in the field of industrial energy supplies.

Jeco Energies, a leader in energy solutions and industrial automation, has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Amsterdam-based Applitech BV.

Founded in 2001, Applitech specializes in designing, manufacturing, and maintaining energy systems for critical applications like data centers, hospitals, and power plants. The company, which employs over 50 people, reported a 14 million euros turnover in 2024.

Applitech brings expertise in control and distribution systems, including its proprietary Flex-Line low-voltage distribution system used in transformer stations. It is also a long-time Siemens partner for SIVACON S8 systems, focusing on uninterrupted power solutions.

This acquisition bolsters Jeco Energies’ position in the Netherlands, enhancing its capabilities in industrial energy distribution and services. “Applitech perfectly aligns with our growth strategy, complementing our existing portfolio and advancing our ambitions in the Netherlands”, says CEO Jan Van Nuffel.
