The Irish IT services company Org Group has acquired Brussels-based Enterprise Digital Resources (EDR), a recruitment and consulting firm specializing in enterprise technology solutions.
The move is part of Org Group’s strategy to strengthen its foothold in the European tech recruitment market.
EDR is known for its deep expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management (HCM), enterprise performance management (EPM), customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence (BI).
The company provides both full project teams and specialized consultants on demand, particularly within Oracle ecosystems, across markets including Belgium, France, the UK, and Ireland.
With this acquisition, Org Group – already active in 12 countries and employing over 3,000 people under brands such as Morgan McKinley, Abtran, and Org – aims to scale up its services and expand its international client base.
The deal follows Org Group’s recent acquisition of Venturi, a tech recruitment firm with operations in Germany, the UK, and the US.
