European cyber security group Integrity360 has expanded its presence in continental Europe through the acquisition of Cresco, a fast-growing cyber security services firm headquartered in Brussels.
Founded in 2020, Cresco employs more than 30 professionals across two Belgian offices and serves clients in Belgium and Luxembourg, including organisations in financial services, insurance, healthcare, energy, communications and the public sector.
The firm is particularly known in the market for its ethical hacking and offensive security capabilities, alongside governance, risk and compliance advisory work, including NIS2 readiness, and cyber awareness training.
For Integrity360, the deal represents a strategic step in building a regional Benelux hub. The group plans to invest further in Cresco, with Brussels set to host a new Security Operations Centre (SOC) during 2026. This SOC will connect into Integrity360’s global network, which already spans multiple locations across Europe and Africa and supports a broad range of managed detection and response services.
Cresco’s clients will gain access to Integrity360’s wider cyber services portfolio, including 24/7 incident response and forensics, cyber risk and assurance, OT security, PCI compliance and advanced managed security solutions. Integrity360’s incident response and forensic capabilities have been repeatedly recognised by Gartner in its market guides.
The acquisition continues Integrity360’s buy-and-build growth strategy, backed since 2021 by London-based private equity firm August Equity, and underscores sustained investor appetite for specialised cyber security assets in the Benelux M&A market.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
