Belgian logistics giant Gosselin Group has acquired 100 percent of Delcatrans Group, strengthening its position in West Flanders and Northern France.
Delcatrans, with over four decades of expertise in transport and warehousing, will be fully integrated into Gosselin’s one-stop logistics concept.
The acquisition enhances Gosselin’s multimodal offering, with greater use of inland waterways via the Wielsbeke container terminal and rail connections through LAR in Rekkem. The move is expected to provide customers with faster, more efficient, and environmentally friendly transport solutions.
Delcatrans operates 110 trucks, 200 chassis, and over 15,000 m² of warehouse space, mainly linking the Kortrijk–Lille–Tournai–Paris corridor with major seaports. Its integration boosts Gosselin’s capacity and regional presence.

The transaction was brokered by consultancy firm De Putter & Co.
