Private equity firm Gimv has acquired a stake in RoboJob, a leading provider of automation solutions for CNC machinery, partnering with the founding De Roovere family to support the company's international growth.

Founded in 2007, RoboJob has grown into a prominent player in CNC automation, with over 2,000 robots installed in more than 30 countries.

The company recently moved into a new eco-friendly headquarters and introduced innovative solutions such as ‘Wall,’ a centralized warehouse system for CNC machines, and ‘Pallet-Load Integrated,’ featuring AI-driven vision technology.

Helmut De Roovere, CEO of RoboJob, emphasized the strategic importance of Gimv’s investment, calling it a key step in strengthening the company's position in the global market. Nick Medaer, Partner at Gimv Smart Industries, highlighted RoboJob’s innovative portfolio and the opportunity for further international expansion.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
