Computer vision software supplier Robovision has raised 42 million dollars in a recent investment round, which amounts to 38.9 million euros.
Robovision's models can support the agricultural sector by being present in a machine that recognizes, plants and picks plants fully automatically. The models can also be used in medical environments, where the computer detects which organs are visible on a photo/scan.
With the new capital, Robovision wants to enter the American market. The company has announced that it will open an office in the United States, the CEO told De Tijd.
