A new cross-border digital collective has been launched in the Benelux. Five established agencies – AGConsult (BE), Faceworks (NL), Online Department (NL), Thinline (BE), and Your Business Online (NL) – are joining forces under the banner of Citizens. Together, they bring 70 specialists, 1,000 clients, and five offices.

Each of these agencies is a leader in its field. Together, they aim to build the leading digital group in the Benelux, with an ambition to grow to 20+ agencies within five years, positioning Citizens as a European reference in digital strategy, UX, development, and performance.
From vision to reality
Citizens was not born as a typical consolidation play, but as a bold idea: to build a Benelux collective with scale and impact, without losing the entrepreneurial culture of its members. After a two-year search across 2,000+ agencies, five of the strongest and most complementary players have been brought together.
