BD Logistics continues its expansion strategy with the acquisition of Taxi Verboven Vracht (TVV), a well-established transport company based in Wommelgem, near Antwerp.
Known for its (express) transport services, TVV marks BD Logistics' fourth acquisition in just over six months.
Previous acquisitions include bicycle courier service Foodsprint in September 2024, express courier Top-Speed, and transporter Dymar, both in November 2024.
These strategic moves underscore BD Logistics' commitment to rapid, sustainable growth – combining organic development with targeted acquisitions.

The acquisition supports BD Logistics’ ambition to strengthen its 24-hour distribution network, in addition to its focus on urban and reverse logistics. TVV’s expertise will help scale up both capabilities and reach.
TVV owner Stefan Nuyts will remain on board to actively support the integration. “We found the right partner in BD Logistics. Their dedicated last-mile approach aligns perfectly with our strategy”, Nuyts says. Alongside Nuyts, 25 drivers and two administrative staff members will also join BD Logistics.
