Eurocircuits, a European specialist in printed circuit board (PCB) and printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) prototyping and low-volume production, has entered into a strategic partnership with Avedon Capital Partners.
The transaction is aimed at accelerating the company’s next phase of growth while preserving its entrepreneurial culture and digital-first, engineering-driven operating model.
Founded in 1991 and located in Mechelen, Eurocircuits has built a strong niche position as a trusted partner for engineers and product teams requiring fast, reliable and “right-first-time” manufacturing. The group serves more than 15,000 active customers across Europe and India, supporting critical new product introduction (NPI) processes for start-ups, scale-ups and established OEMs and EMS players.
Eurocircuits employs over 750 people and operates production facilities in Germany, Hungary and India, complemented by engineering and customer support teams across Europe. A key differentiator is its highly integrated digital platform, which combines design rule checks, manufacturability verification, pricing, ordering and tracking into a single online workflow, enabling customers to detect issues early and reduce development cycles.
Under the partnership, Avedon Capital Partners will support Eurocircuits in strengthening its market position, scaling its digital and technological capabilities – including the targeted use of AI – and continuing to invest in people, systems and manufacturing capacity. The founders and management team will remain closely involved in leading the business.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. Level Next acted as sell-side advisor to the shareholders of Eurocircuits. A number of Avedon’s limited partners, including Marktlink Capital, SwanCap and Jebsen Asset Management, have co-invested alongside Avedon.
For the Belgian M&A community, the deal highlights continued private equity interest in specialised, technology-enabled industrial niches with strong digital capabilities and defensible market positions.
