Dynapps, a leading Belgian implementation partner of the business software platform Odoo, has taken a major step in its international growth strategy with the acquisition of two fellow Odoo partners in France and Switzerland.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in the Antwerp region, Dynapps has grown into the largest Odoo implementation partner in Belgium. The company specializes in helping businesses integrate Odoo’s wide-ranging suite of digital applications, which includes tools for HR, accounting, invoicing, and more. Odoo itself, based in Wallonia, now serves over 13 million users globally.
With the latest acquisitions, Dynapps adds 50 employees and 197 clients to its portfolio. The company now operates in four countries – Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Switzerland – with a total workforce of 200 people serving around 600 clients.
The newly acquired companies will maintain their own management teams but will operate under the Dynapps brand and adopt its working model.
“Our strategy is based on collaboration”, says Beau Osselaere, who became CEO of Dynapps last month. “We provide local entrepreneurs with the scale, structure, and support they need to grow without sacrificing their autonomy. It’s about combining global strength with local insight.”
Dynapps has been accelerating its expansion since 2021, when Green Park Investment Partners, a Belgian-Dutch private equity firm, acquired a majority stake. With a mix of organic growth and targeted acquisitions, Dynapps reported 22 million euros in revenue last year – a 57 percent increase from the previous year – underscoring its ambitions to lead consolidation in the rapidly growing Odoo ecosystem.
